Lyndon is currently the chief minister of Guernsey and now the longest serving holder of that office, having been re-elected for an unprecedented second term in December 2023. He is chairman of Guernsey Finance, the organisation responsible for promoting the jurisdiction as an International Finance centre. Lyndon also sits on the leadership council of CityUK, which is the industry led body representing UK based financial services and a trustee of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association’s trust funds. In addition to his public service he also chairs and invests in separate businesses with a focus on investment reporting, discretionary fund management and private equity fund administration services and now has over 35 years of broad experience in the sector.
Lyndon Trott
Rob is the Managing Director of The UAP Group and he specialises in cross border international employee benefits and trusts specifically for US persons, South Africans, UK residents and UK expatriates. Having developed a number of high profile employee benefit products over the last sixteen years in a number of international finance centres. He is also a long-standing committee member of Guernsey Association of Pension Providers (www.GAPP.gg) and also sits on the Marketing and Technical sub committees.
Rob Shipman
James has 12 years in the financial industry, with his roots being in investment banking structuring, fund and asset management. James comes with knowledge and understanding of the areas linked to US connected clients in Europe, European connected clients in the US and MiFID affected clients across Europe.
